WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Two former federal prosecutors in Connecticut will discuss the special counsel investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election during a forum at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford.

Former U.S. Attorneys for Connecticut Deirdre Daly and Kevin O'Connor will talk about Robert Mueller's probe during a panel discussion set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday. The event is free and open to the public.

Daly told The Connecticut Law Tribune that she won't have any bombshells to drop about the investigation. She said she expects Mueller's team to do a thorough investigation.

Daly was U.S. attorney from 2013 to 2017. O'Connor was U.S. attorney from 2002 to 2008 and was an associate U.S. attorney general from 2008 to 2009. Both now work in private law practice.
