HEBRON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - State police have arrested a Hebron man after his alleged comments and actions drew a SWAT team and bomb squad to his Hickory Drive home Monday.

Troopers say the situation escalated as a state marshal was carrying out an eviction process shortly before 8 a.m.

Negotiators were able to make contact with William Sabino, 63, who was taken into custody without further incident, said police.

Sabino is charged with first-degree trespassing, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree threatening. He's free on $5,000 and due in Rockville Superior Court August 14.
