Utility Lines Fall On School Bus

MORRIS, Conn . (WTIC Radio) - Utility lines fell on an occupied school bus Friday morning in Morris.

State police say troopers responded to the area of 57 Watertown Road shortly after 6:30 a.m. for a reported passenger vehicle versus utility pole crash to find the pole down and wires on the bus.

The bus had fewer than a dozen students on board, said police. No one on the bus was injured. The operator of the passenger vehicle sustained minor injuries, said authorities.

Eversource responded to the scene to make repairs.
