Windsor Man Charged In Assault At Bradley Cell Phone Lot

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Windsor man is under arrest following a dispute in the cell phone lot at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks.

State police say they were called to the lot along Route 75 shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday for a disturbance involving the use of a knife and the brandishing of a gun.

Lyndell Edwards, 28, was arrested on charges of threatening, assault, and assault with a firearm, said police. He was released on $50,000 bond and is due in Enfield Superior Court September 13.

Police say the victim, a 27-year-old Windsor man, was treated for minor injuries at the scene, but refused further treatment.
