(Storrs, Conn./WTIC) - After a historically bad season, UConn football coach Randy Edsall has shaken up his coaching staff.

Out is defensive coordinator Billy Crocker.

The Huskies allowed an average of over 50-points per game during a 1-11 2018 campaign.

Also let go: defensive backs coach Curome Cox, director of football strength and conditioning Eric Klein, and assistant strength and conditioning coach J.D.Mehlhorn.

In another move, offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach John Dunn has been elevated to associate head coacn.  He will still run the offense and work with the signal callers.
