Microsoft confirms update problems with the latest update for current versions of Windows. Australian scientists want to mass-produce a seaweed that stops cows from burping methane. Microsoft Surface Pro users were throttled after a recent firmware update. A judge ordered Georgia to stop using its current voting machines for 2020 elections over voting security issues.
