Sen Richard Blumenthal discusses the Connecticut Supreme Court, which declined to hear an appeal from gun manufacturer Remington Arms seeking to block the case brought by victims of the Sandy Hook School shooting. This permitted a Connecticut Supreme Court ruling to stand and allowing the case to move forward to determine if Remington Arms is liable to the families for damages.
