Todd Feinburg: Conflict of Interest (6/11/19)

Do Democrats who run the state care more about their special interest voters or taxpayers? Todd makes the point that special interests win by playing sound cuts from the Speaker of the Union, Joe Aresimowicz, telling a union crowd a few years ago that they were his family, that they had a friend in him, and that he would never allow a law against collective bargaining to pass like what happened in Wisconsin. That state has the lowest unfunded liabilities in the country because of what happened there, while Connecticut is in the top few worst off states in the country.
